Hello, it seems I'm the first here! My name is Kim. I lived in Los Angeles for 22 years but now I'm back in my hometown of Cardiff, Wales. I haven't always been overweight. In fact, for most of my life I've been quite slim. I would say I started putting on weight slowly in 2006. It doesn't seem like much at first, but then one day you look up and hey presto .. you're fat! I am hoping to finally get control of this issue and get back to the person I was .... because I really hate who I am now!
