How do I update my Google Fit activities?
#1
To accurately count steps, try having your phone with you when you walk.  To input additional activities, follow these easy steps:

Edit your activity
After you complete your activity or workout, it will save to your journal in Google Fit. If the activity wasn’t saved correctly, you can change it.
  1. Open the Google Fit app [Image: R5y-dm-ESOfuPfsOODrr00bYIOMO2gj505e63OXI...08=w18-h18].

  2. Tap Journal.

  3. Tap the activity you want to change.

  4. At the top, tap More [Image: 53qArtHpIUYzk-4jl7qvzifEdz0TOYZlmXRZ4m3M...X2=w18-h18] [Image: KLj2zjbf4LfqAEnXjsGu7-YWdsFfW0mmzumEYhst...6I=w18-h18] Edit.
Add info you didn't track with Fit
If you don't have your device with you as you walk, run, or bike, you can add those activities to Google Fit later. You can also add weight changes or activities that Fit doesn't automatically track (like weightlifting, rowing, or baseball).
  1. Open the Google Fit app [Image: R5y-dm-ESOfuPfsOODrr00bYIOMO2gj505e63OXI...08=w18-h18].

  2. In the bottom right hand corner of the screen, tap Add [Image: fbIt2ONxRKoIkd-EGgzgxo0njJPWqytnDVtqJx24...WQ=w18-h18].
